Places to celebrate Christmas
Traditionally Christmas is celebrated in a family house with all relatives and close friends. But youth wants to spend it in more interesting way. And sometimes a family house is not the best place to celebrate Christmas and to enjoy this holiday.
So, you may choose other places to celebrate this wonderful day.
First of all you may go to the mountains. Rent a house there. Take your friends and family with you and a great holiday is guaranteed. Snow, mountains and forests will remind you legends and stories about Santa Claus and you'll feel the Christmas spirit for sure. If there is a river near-by you may skate there, so don't forget skates. Anyway you'll have great time just sitting near the fireplace and eating a tasty turkey with the dearest people in your life.
But if you are afraid of lonely houses in the mountains but would like to spend your Christmas holidays in the mountains, mountain's resorts are for you. They will offer you a room with all modern conveniences in a good hotel, and all possible service. Besides, there are a lot of equipped places for skiing. So you'll enjoy it for sure. If you are fond of snowboarding, it is the best place for you. As such resorts will offer you all necessary equipment and clothes. Besides, such resorts are safe and the risk of getting lost is minimal. And it is not a problem if you can't ski. There are a lot of instructors that will teach you. So snow, skiing, all modern service will make your holiday unforgettable.
Skating rink is also a good place to celebrate Christmas. Usually all skating rinks are well decorated and have a Christmas tree. So, all necessary decorations that will help you to feel the spirit of Christmas are there. Add to it good mood, frost and your friends and you'll have the best Christmas. And the best of it is that you may go home whenever you like, where a tasty roast turkey is waiting for you.
Usually we go to the seaside only in summer. But sea may be beautiful in winter too. It will remind you about sunny days. It may be a little bit windy there but you won't freeze thanks to warm clothes and central heating.
The main square of the city is usually decorated with a big and beautiful Christmas tree and a lot of people come there to celebrate Christmas. You may join them. And maybe you'll hear the ringing bells of Santa's sledge that are heard only by those who feel the Christmas spirit and believe in magic of this holiday.
But of course the place of celebration is not important. Spend this time with your friends and family wherever you want, because Christmas is the time when nobody should feel lonely.
