Christmas is the time of miracles, isn't it?
Christmas is the time when everything changes. People become kind feeling Christmas spirit; they help each other and are always in a good mood trying to find the best presents for their relatives and friends.
Christmas is often called the period of miracles when people believe that everything is possible and all our dreams come true. And there are a lot of examples when friends meet each other, couples get married, enemies stop fighting and become friends. Maybe miracles as we understand them don't happen but miracles of human relations really happen.
Christmas is the time when thousands and even millions of people feel something good and have positive expectative for the future and in such way a great amount of positive energy comes out and is able to make our dreams come true as well as make all miracles happen.
There are a lot of fairy-tales, legends and films that tell us about miracles that may happen on Christmas. One of the most famous is a story of Dickens that tells us about three Christmas spirits that came to a rich man in his dream.
A greedy and cruel man was lonely and he didn't need anyone. And spirits of the past, present and future showed him different pictures of his life, life of pour people, of his workers. And the greedy and cruel man turned into a good and kind person that understood all his misdeeds. It is a nice story that teaches us to be kind and good and tells us about the magical time –Christmas.
Another story tells us about a couple that was very pour and everything they had were the watch of a guy and beautiful hair of a girl. And the man sold his watch to buy a hair pin for his wife and she cut and sold her hair to buy a beautiful golden chain for his watch for Christmas. When they understood what they had done, they were laughing for a long time. They bought these presents to congratulate each other.
There are a lot of other stories that tell us about miracles and simply positive events that take place on Christmas. And mothers read these stories to their children. And the whole family gathers to watch their favourite film about Christmas.
